Terms and Conditions

1. Items are not exchangeable or refundable as all defects would be stated clearly as some items 

may be preworn.

2. All  items are true to pictures, but still do allow a little differences due  to the lighting of the different 

monitor display setting.

3. If the items you've received is wrong, please email us at TheClothesWreck@gmail.com within 3 

days after receiving your parcel, otherwise refund would not be made.

4. No cancellation of orders after you've submitted your order form

5. Dead buyers would not be entertained in future purchases, so please only send in the confirmed

 orders.

6. All sizes varies hence, ensure that proper checking of measurement and sizes is done before 

ordering

7. We will  not be responsible if the sizes or sizing does not fit you, so please double check the 

measurements before purchasing from us

8. Prices are not negotiable.

Payment

1. All payments are to be in within 48hours after receiving our invoices. 

2. Payment are to be made ONLY by ATM transfer

3. Strictly no concealed cash allowed.

Delivery

1. Items will be mailed out not more than 1 week after payment is being made.

2. We will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails, so please opt for Registered postage to

 ensure that your parcel will reach you safely.

3. Self Collection is available at Ranggung LRT, Buangkok MRT or Sengkang MRT Free of Charge. 

However, items are to be collected within 1 month. For Self Collection at other MRT Stations, a fee of

 $2 would be charged. 

Normal postage: $1.50(Apparels/Accessories), $2.50(Shoes/Bags) 

Registered postage: $3.75(Apparels/Accessories), $4.75(Shoes/Bags) 

4. International Delivery is currently not available.
